Au d\u00e9but, je facturais uniquement au forfait, sans me pr\u00e9occuper de ces droits. Mais un jour, une grande entreprise d\u2019assurance m\u2019a demand\u00e9 de les mentionner explicitement sur ma facture. C\u2019\u00e9tait le d\u00e9clic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le design est un m\u00e9tier exigeant qui demande une solide formation technique et artistique. Notre expertise nous permet d\u2019analyser les besoins, de conseiller nos clients et de cr\u00e9er de la valeur ajout\u00e9e dans tous les secteurs. Et cette expertise m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre justement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenons un exemple concret : l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, j\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une illustration pour une campagne digitale. Le client souhaitait initialement l\u2019utiliser uniquement sur son site web. Quelques mois plus tard, il m\u2019a recontact\u00e9e pour \u00e9tendre l\u2019utilisation \u00e0 ses r\u00e9seaux sociaux et supports imprim\u00e9s. Sans une bonne compr\u00e9hension des droits d\u2019auteur, j\u2019aurais pu sous-\u00e9valuer significativement mon travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calkulator.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Calkulator<\/a>, un outil d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en coop\u00e9ration avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliancefrancedesign.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019Alliance France Design<\/a>\u00a0(AFD) et reconnu par le Minist\u00e8re de la Culture. Cette double validation m\u2019a imm\u00e9diatement rassur\u00e9e sur sa fiabilit\u00e9. Voici pourquoi je l\u2019appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Il se base sur des donn\u00e9es actuelles du march\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Il aide \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une base de calcul (en suivant les recommandations officielles de l\u2019AFD\u00a0et du Minist\u00e8re de la Culture)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Il est facile \u00e0 utiliser et regroupe plusieurs domaines du design<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de projets commerciaux ou \u00e9ditoriaux, Calkulator m\u2019aide d\u00e9sormais dans la plupart de mes estimations de droits d\u2019exploitation. Une fibule en or vieille de 2700 ans, conserv\u00e9e au mus\u00e9e national de Pr\u00e9histoire et d\u2019Ethnographie \u00e0 Rome, porte une mention du nom de son cr\u00e9ateur, grav\u00e9e en caract\u00e8res miroirs.
