Adobe Experience Cloud

Translating platform capabilities into colorful, engaging visual narratives for Adobe’s marketing campaigns.

Project Overview

Collaborated with Very True Story on the visual development of marketing campaign animations for Adobe Experience Cloud. Working in the early design phase, I translated concepts into visual storytelling through storyboarding, graphic explorations, and custom iconography.

Graphic Explorations

Working from Adobe Experience Cloud’s color palette and provided photography, I crafted graphic compositions that balanced bold colors with clean, friendly aesthetics. The visual style integrated user portraits, interface elements, and abstract data representations to create engaging, accessible storytelling.

Custom Iconography

Designed a series of minimalist, ultra-legible pictograms illustrating specific concepts including geolocation, in-store experiences, checkout flows, social posts, and voice assistant devices. These icons distilled complex ideas into immediately recognizable visual symbols—a design approach I particularly enjoy working with.

Transition Design

Mapped out visual transitions between sequences to maintain visual flow and narrative coherence, setting the foundation for animation production.


Design Direction

The visual approach emphasized accessibility and energy: vibrant colors, simple geometric forms, and a pop aesthetic that made complex platform features feel approachable and dynamic.

By combining UI elements, data-driven graphics, and symbolic imagery, the storyboards conveyed both the technical capabilities and human-centered approach of Adobe Experience Cloud.

Outcome

Delivered comprehensive design foundations—storyboards, graphic directions, and custom iconography—that equipped the animation team with clear visual guidelines for production. The work demonstrated how thoughtful graphic design can translate abstract platform capabilities into compelling visual narratives.
